Here’s The Real Secret To Enjoying Parenthood...

You Need A Village

especially if you’re a single parent, away from family or new to your neighborhood

Bringing home a baby is equal parts awesome and terrifying.

And probably like most first-time parents-to-be

You’ve spent so much time obsessing about childbirth that the struggles of postpartum recovery aren't even on your radar.

Reality check >> Your first 7 days home with your baby will try every bit of your patience.

In fact, it’ll go a little something

LIKE THIS...

Day 1

The drive from hospital will feel like the longest ride of your life. Couple that with the discomfort from delivery and walking will literally be a pain in the ass

Day 2

You’ll have your first pediatrician appointment and more than likely your baby will hate the carseat #cuethenonstopcrying

Day 3

Your milk will come in and feeding will be the hardest it’ll ever be. All the moms who told you that they loved breastfeeding, aren't talking about the first 7 days #promise

Day 5

You realize that you've never been so tired in your life. You begin to regret those all nighters you pulled in college and will do ANYTHING to get a sliver of uninterrupted sleep.

Day 7

Everyone is calling and texting about meeting the baby and you have to decide who's in and who's out. Who knew having a baby was like being a judge on Project Runway?

But what if we could create a different scenario?

One where:

  • You have the right support so both you and your baby can thrive

  • You have someone intuitively anticipate your needs so you can focus on bonding with your baby

  • You can rest, relax and recover because you know your baby is in good hands

Well it’s time that we normalize postpartum help

Because here’s the truth...

It takes a village to raise a child.

Imagine having your own personal baby team come to your house, save the day and assist you care for your baby 24/7. Just think of us as the village you never knew you needed.

Your team will have at least 2 baby experts - we call them newborn care specialists but you may have also heard them referred to as a "baby nurse", "night nurse", or "night nanny"

Your Newborn Care Specialist will come in to provide loving support and teach you everything you want or need to know about your baby.

In those early weeks, your night team will handle all baby care overnight while implementing a gentle routine that will help your baby sleep longer stretches.

The day team will handle all baby care as well but they will focus on more baby tasks (laundry, bottles, etc), sleep, lactation assistance, emotional support and parent education.

“Just trust Tamiko and follow her lead with the schedule and feedings. ”

"It all seemed foreign to me when we began but now the system works so well. Having a sleeping baby that can self soothe is pretty priceless. Also, having someone you can trust with your biggest miracle is also invaluable. Also being able to spend some quality time with your other children and your husband is one perk that makes the addition of a new baby a pleasant transition for everyone.”
